Customer service over the top

I forgot I had preordered and Pam emailed me to remind me; in all my confusion, I was at the wrong expo building until they locked the doors yet Pam kept emailing and texting me and eventually even brought my package out to me! Yes, I love the lavender, but I really love the service!
